PowerWallet
PowerWallet is a hybrid mobile banking app and crypto wallet, which will simplify
the use of digital assets, such as cryptocurrencies and NFT’s, in the daily
transactions of European and Middle Eastern users, while aiming to bank
unbanked users across the emerging markets in Africa.
flaim
flaim is more than a messaging and social media app – it is a lifestyle super app
forecasted to grow to over 100 million users globally. Today it is especially popular
with African users. Upon the integration of PowerWallet, users will have the ability
to not only chat and make calls but also to make mobile payments using the flaim
pay feature.
MobileCommunity
MobileCommunity - the market place platform of the EQ Group – it is the sales and
product platform to market the products of the EQ Group via external suppliers, to
create rapidly growing customer and sales partner portfolios, ensuring long term
commission income for these suppliers and partners.
Okobono
Okobono is a platform for insurance and financing, which has digitalized the
onboarding of insurance clients, their insurance agreements and the process of
making offers to acquire clients from various channels of the EQ Group ecosystem.
Chaintoro
Chaintoro is an intuitive, easy to use, licensed cryptocurrency platform to buy, sell,
borrow and trade crypto assets, based in Tulln, Austria. EQ Group owns a 26%
stake in Chaintoro.

IQV4U
IQV4U is the signature virtual currency of the EQ ecosystem. The total supply of IQV4U tokens is
4 billion tokens. It is currently ERC-20 type token, with it’s launch on BEP-20 anticipated in Q2 2021.
IQV4U coins holders will be rewarded for participating in various activities within the ecosystem.
IQV4U coins can be purchased on the open market or by participating in various activities of the
MobileCommunity.
Part of the sales commission will be used to provide long-term liquidity, which will in of itself help
to ensure token-exchange rate stability, coupled with its steady appreciation. At the same time, the
IQV4U tokens, which are awarded to community members as rewards, will be purchased by the EQ
Group on the open market, thereby creating an organically growing, continuous buy-side demand
for the coin.

Use of proceeds and outlook
The funds received through private sale will be allocated as follows (proportion can change based on
business needs):
• 40% product development: development of the EQ Ecosystem according to the product roadmap,
hire new blockchain developers
• 30% business development, legal fees and strategic partnerships, as well as expansion of
customer base, initially in the EU, Middle East and North Africa, where EQ Group is already
established. Proceeds will also be utilized to secure partnerships with other strategic players in the
industry, as well as enable collaborations with a network of celebrities and crypto influencers, in
order to increase token usability
• 20% communication and marketing. Invest in PR and marketing campaigns to increase the
project’s awareness and IQV4U token’s adoption as well as build and expand strong international
communities
• 10% reserve funds, in order to provide liquidity for future listings and ecosystem functionalities
The EQ Group has already reached several milestones, such as the integration of the flaim super app
1.0 with 0.5 million subscribers and the MobileCommunity platforms 1.0 & 2.0 with over 10,000
sales partners. Facilitation of blockchain technology mass adoption is still largely untapped, which
creates a great opportunity for EQ Group.
EQ Group is uniquely positioned, as it aims to simplify the usage of cryptocurrencies, NFTs and DeFI
products in everyday life. Further improvements to the PowerWallet and the release of the stand-
alone app in the Q4/2021 will significantly increase the benefits of the entire EQ ecosystem. After
the successful completion of the ICO with over 15,000 private investors, the EQ Group's conversion
into the DeFi space will reduce systemic risk and increase the long-term profitability of the project.
