The grid coor dinates for mark A are also given. The average elevation of the area is 300m above mean sea level (level datum) and the grid scale factor for the region of the traverse is 0.99990. @ Gi) Gi) Using the form provided, caleulate the combined correction factor for the traverse lengths, incorporating a correction to mean sea level and the grid scale factor for the region, and calculate the corrected lengths. Elevation Correction Factor = R + (R + E) Where R = Radius of Earth (to mean sea level) =6 372 200m E = Elevation of survey above mean sea level (1 Mark) Using the form provided, calculate the latitudes and departures, carry out a Bowditch Adjustment and calculate the coordinates of the marks B, ©, D and E. (8 Marks) Calculate the linear precision of the traverse and write it in the form 1:X 000, Linear precision = linear misclose + total length of traverse.
