To Receive From Your Higher Self

Many have heard the saying we are spirit, living in a physical body or having a
physical experience. What does this mean, really?  Our spirit is our God self
(God as you understand him/her to be), higher self, our highest level of
consciousness, a higher consciousness, and your soul. They are all one in the
same.  It is the source of our highest wisdom. Your spirit is your core, heart
center, your best friend, and the purest part of you.   I heard a beautiful quote
that fits well, “A friend is someone who knows your song and sings it to you
when you have forgotten it.” We have chosen to incarnate in physical body to
experience certain polarities, suited for our own spiritual evolution. This is our
personal divine plan we scripted to achieve our "purpose" in this lifetime.  Our
ego/personality is a part of our physical existence.  The role of our ego
is to voice negative thoughts, to be the impetus in our soul's evolution.  The
role of our spirit is to voice loving guidance and answers, to remind us who we
truly are. God lives in, as and through every living and non- living thing in this
Universe.  We are not separate from God, or "our Divine source".  We are
all permanently connected to God/source and can communicate with our
higher self/God at all times, just by asking and listening for this divine, loving
truth.  God is reachable and ready to respond, in any given moment.  God
wants us to remember “our song.”  Why do we want to communicate with our
higher self/God?  To seek our truth, to remember we are already peaceful,
joyous, magnificent, loving beings.  
         
  How Do We Communicate With Our Higher Self?  The Easiest Form To Start...
                                            A   "Letter "
 
Communicating with your higher self is as easy as writing a “dear friend” a
letter, asking for advise and guidance in anything we need to know that will
help us feel the truth, joy and love which resides in all of us. We are always in
need for advice when we are experiencing challenges, which are painful,
stressful and life changing.  These issues are our “soul growth” opportunities.
Besides these dilemma’s that we all experience, we all want the same things in
this life, inner peace, love, inward and outward personal expression, ultimately
resulting in pure joy and love.   
1.   Anything you want your higher self to answer has to come from your
deepest heartfelt feelings and concerns.  You can ask your higher self for
guidance and answers anytime, anywhere.
 2.   Writing your questions and answers in a “Dear God; Dear Great and Holy
Spirit, Dear Source/Creator or Dear Higher Self" letter dated and timed, is the
best form to receive your answers, especially in the beginning.  Reason being,
as information flows through you, it may be fast and long, and is very easy to
forget soon after.  Also if you take this "dictation", you will have an ongoing
journal that you can and will refer to as you learn to integrate this highest of
wisdom into your new way of living. We all find that certain issues continue to
rise in our lives, after we thought we fully resolved them.  Until they are
entirely transformed, they are not fully resolved.  These issues will continue to
show up in different forms until we completely transform them.  When this
happens, we can go back to our original letters, reread and practice the best
way to handle this situation.  We can write again, asking for more reasons and
detail, based on what we were already told.
 3.  The best way to start your letter writing is to take at least 7 very deep
breaths in and out the mouth.  Our deep breathing clears the channel for
hearing the inner voice, by relaxing the mind/ego, allowing our spirits voice to
be heard.
 4.   Next, ask God and angels (if you believe in guardian angels) to surround
you with their protective Divine white light, to guard against any lower entities
to communicate with you.
5   Then, write (keeping a spiral notebook is a nice way to journal your
letters for safe and organized keeping), “Dear God”(or whatever you call our
source), “your question”, and then always close it with your own form of
gratitude. This could be; “thank you for your Divine truth and loving
guidance”; “thank you for always being there for me with your Divine, and
highest wisdom”. Gratitude is the most important ingredient in manifesting
everything and anything you desire. It has been said many times; always remain
in the state of "attitude of gratitude".
 6        Finally the heartfelt desired result a guaranteed answer filled with the
purest, loving “Unknown Truth”, the highest of wisdom.  You will never need to
resort to any “outside” guidance again.  Your best friend/your spirit is always
there waiting to answer, guide and show you the compassion, love and
understanding you will need in that moment.
7.  Note, no prediction requests in your letters.  Wanting to know the future is
disempowering.  We must train ourselves to live in the moment in order to get
the most out of life.  Our future is being created in each moment, if we focus
on the future, we miss out on the creating part.  We all have "free will and
choice".  By us choosing, we may alter the original path of that prediction and
it won't happen.  Also, if we are operating on the course of a prediction we
may not be choosing for our highest good and for all concerned. If we live in
the moment and create what we honestly love and desire the future will be
what we wish for, unless it is not for our highest good.8.  Important, if an
answer is filled with anything BUT compassion and loving, positive guidance,
you have heard the voice of the ego/personality, not your spirit/God’s voice. It
is necessary to be able to discern between the both.  Your God's voice will
come through with such strength, confidence, love, reassurance, giving you a
feeling of safety, relief, a "blanket of peace", as if a loving, wise, strong parent
was soothing you. We are always connected/plugged in; we just need to
activate it, simply by asking and being open for the answer. One simple analogy
given to me was, “It is like a lamp, plugged in waiting to give light, all we need
to do is turn it on”. When you are communicating and acting from your higher
conscious, you will always feel love and compassion for yourself, as well as for
all humanity, and your experiences will only consist of what is for your highest
good and the highest good of all concerned.   LOVE is what you will receive
100% of the time.  LOVE is what you will give back to the universe and
everything in it.  LOVE is the key to living in the light.  LOVE is the light.  LOVE
is YOU!
