UNIT 1

UNIT 2
3. a) Describe the exchange of modeling data and the basic features of IGES, STEP, [10 Marks]
DXF and DMIS.

b) A triangle is defined in a two-dimensional ICG system by its vertices (1,3),(5,7) [10 Marks]
and (4,0). Rotate the triangle by 600 about a point (7,9) in counter clock wise
direction.

4. a) Explain with block diagram three modules of graphics software's. [10 Marks]

b) List and explain ground rule for considering in designing graphic software. [10 Marks]

UNIT 3
5. a) Explain various steps involved in a computer assisted part programming using a [08 Marks]
block diagram.

b) Explain the concept of Computerized numerical control (CNC) and its types. [08 Marks]

c) What are advantages of adaptive control technology? [04 marks]
