Now, I do undertake the following as condition for appearing such examination (online) failing
which I shall not be permitted to sit for the aforesaid examinations :
1. I shall not go to any coaching/tutorial centre during the time/period of examination.
2. I shall not go outside home or the place of my present/permanent residence during
the time of examination/period.
3. I shall not take help from others (except blind/visually impaired students who may
take the help of scribe as per rules) in writing answers during the aforesaid
examinations.
4. I shall not go to any crowded place during the scheduled examination period.
