F.No. 1/3/2018-Estt(Part) Government of India Department of Financial Services toe Jeevandeep Building, Sansad Marg, ‘New Delhi, the if'April, 2023 Office Memorandum Subject: Regarding participation of DS and above level officers in the Civil Services Day (CSD) - regarding “The undersigned is directed to refer to above cited subject and to enclose herewith Dio Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances (DARPG) D.0O letter No. K-12012/2/2025- AR-DARPG dated 12,04.2023 and 13.04.2023 along with minute to minute programme for celebration of Civil Service Day on 20-21* April, 2023 at Vigyan Bhawan. 2. DARPG has intimated that Hon’ ble Vice President of India will grace the inaugural session on 20.04.2023 as Chief Guest. Also, Hon'ble Prime Minister will grace the occasion ‘on 21.04.2023 and present the Prime Minister's Awards for excellence in Public Administration. 3 In this regard, DARPG has, inter-alia, requested DFS to advise all officers of the level of Deputy Secretary/Director and above to participate actively in the Civil Services Day functions. 4. Invitation cards for participation in the event as received from DARPG has since been distributed to the officers concerned as per list enclosed at Annexure. Further, subject- wise concept paper as received from DARPG is also enclosed for ready reference, 5. In view of above, it is requested that all officers of DFS may actively participate in the event and contribute effectively to the panel discussions relating to their funetional areas to ensure that the 16" Civil Services Day is observed in a befitting manner.
