The study aims to test the effects of administering pills daily to people with depression over 20 weeks. It will have two groups - a control group receiving a placebo and a study group receiving 1 pill per day. Outcomes will be measured via an online questionnaire at weeks 2, 15, and 20 to assess changes in depression levels. Both groups and researchers will be blinded to who receives the pill or placebo. The design is experimental with a 15 week follow up.
