Steps to enable SAP GUI Scripting enables in local machine(client side):

Setup the SAP Gui client to allow scripting in local machine, On the Toolbar, go to
the Customize Local Layout button and select Options from the drop-down menu.
The SAP GUI Options window opens.
Go to Accessibility & Scripting and click on Scripting. Under User Settings, check
the box next to Enable scripting. Make sure the other two options Notify when a

script attaches to SAP GUI and Notify when a script opens a connection are

disabled. Save the changes by clicking OK. The SAP GUI scripting is now enabled.

Steps to enable SAP GUI Scripting in your SAP System(server-side):

Launch "saplogon.exe" log in to your SAP server using your credentials.

SAP Easy Access window opens.
Run transaction RZ11. Specify the parameter name "sapgui/user_scripting" and
press enter.

In the Display, Profile Parameter Attributes window, press the Change Value button
on the toolbar and set the New value of "sapgui/user_scripting" to TRUE. Save the
changes.

Log off and log in back to see the change into effect, then you can see the scripting
is enabled and ready to record

Additional Information
This article applicable to Automation Anywhere Version 10, 11 and A2019.

If SAP GUI Scripting is not enabled on client side as well as server side then you will get
the error 'Maximum number of sessions have been reached for this connection. Please
retry after some time.' while running the Bot having SAP connect command.

I have followed these commands and verified with our Basis team that all scripting is
enable, however I still confront the same error when trying to connect - I am using
A2019 Enterprise cloud.

With DLL itself it is firing the VB script and hence it is we are interacting with SAP
GUI.
