DESCRIÇÃO RESUMIDA (Description)
During operation operator reports about Hydraulic Leakage and while inspected, it was found that the RH& LH bucket cylinder
steel tube was damaged . On RH side bolts were broken off between the block and the cylinder, Piping and block got damaged
and LHS side the steel tube is deformed . Suspected to be caused by hitting against something or fallen rocks . The backhoe
excavator requires sufficient space to manoeuvre and operate effectively. The operator must ensure there is adequate access
to the work area and avoid any obstacles that could prevent the machine from getting accident . Here Machine was working
close to the High wall as per the operation manual machine should be working on the Top bench free from any of the high wall .
We have raised so many times about the substandard operation procedures of Backhoe Machines , there is no sufficient space
to manoeuvre , machine is not working on a proper bench or a good ground level , there is no service road for the maintenance
team to approach the machine if there is a breakdown. The operation team and safety Team as came into the machine and
inspected the same . The Area which fits the Block on the bucket cylinder , threads and the O-ring sitting area has been
damaged . Any future breakdowns related to this accident damage will be for the customer’s account
