The Next Day

Queen Harin went for the sword practice with King. The King didn't expect her to be so skilled in
it. Queen attacked him, the King is defending himself with his sword. But the Queen attacks him
once again.

Jungkook: You are good at this, Queen Harin.

Harin: Thank you, Your Majesty. Pardon me, but i will attack you more.

Jungkook: Looks like Queen wants to win against me. I like your spirit. Bring it on, My Queen.

Queen Harin doesn't know why her heart beated when King Jungkook casually addresses her as
"My Queen". She attacked him more fiercely this time. But infront of his sword skills, Harin's
attacks weren't severe. King attacked Queen this time as before he tacked her every attack. His
witty attacking tactics made the Queen frustrated. He was enjoying her facial expressions. To him it
was adorable to see this side of his Queen. King was ready to attack on the Queen for the last time
before winning the competition. He attacked her, she defended herself. But due to strong
movements her tied long hair fell on her shoulder making the King smirk. His smirk replaced with a
mesmerizing bunny smile when he realised the beauty and elegance of Queen Harin. She is not like
any other woman in his palace. And he got to sure of it this time. His heart started to beat faster.

Jungkook's POV: Why my heart is beating like this? I have already practiced it. But never my heart
could surpass my passion for sword practice.

He was inattentive for a moment. And bam! He was under attack. Attack with the sword and Queen
Harin's beauty.

Harin: I captured you, Your Majesty. Is this the end?

Jungkook's POV: You surely captured me with your beauty and unique personality.

Jungkook smiled and replied-

Jungkook: This is not the end, It's the starting of us.

Harin: What are you talking about, Your Majesty. I asked is this the end of our competition? I won
against you, Your Majesty.

Jungkook's POV: You won this competition and the King Jeon Jungkook himself.

The King smiled with his entire heart which was unrecognised. He felt that he has emotions.

King Jungkook went near Queen and placed her hair behind her left ear. His fingers touched her
bare skin, making her flinch and blush. It's the first time she was touched by a man. Her heart
started to beat faster too. She was blushing yet tried to compose herself.

Jungkook: You won this competition and me aslo... Queen Harin...

Her heart started to beat like crazy at his statement.

Jungkook: You won the competition. But I will definitely win your heart. As you had wished it from
me.

He smiled sweetly at her. Her cheeks turned into red. She smiled shyly, while King admired her
expression.

Queen Jikyo witnessed the sweet incident from a little far. She knew the gaze King gave Queen
Harin, he never looked at her like that. Tears rolling down on her cheeks. She feels like to be
betrayed. But it's not betrayal as King never showed romantic feelings towards her or anybody. He
only liked Queen Jikyo the most because of their long years of friendship. They were best friends
from childhood. Being heartbroken is nothing unexpected as Queen Jikyo love King Jungkook.

One Year Later

King Jeon Jungkook and Queen Harin spend more time with each other. Getting know their other
halves. The King tried his best to win Queen's heart. All other queens and concubines were jealous of
Queen Harin. The King never met any concubines from the past year. He only spends time with Queen
Harin and little time with his first wife Queen Jikyo.

Though Queen Jikyo was sad, jealous and heartbroken yet she never tried to create misunderstandings
between them. She wanted her love Jungkook to be happy. She sacrificed her love for him to be happy
with his beloved. Because loving someone means letting that person go. She can love him without him
knowing or being aware. Though the King won't ever love Queen Jikyo, she decided to love him all her
life. Because loving the King is the only thing she can do. She can't stop her heart. Why would she stop
her heart if loving the King makes her happy?

Love brought happiness and light to Queen Harin and King Jeon Jungkook's life. Queen Jikyo is
experiencing the most beautiful moment of being in love, that is, pain.
