Brain & Body Library of Resources

POY Library of Resources

So here’s the deal. We have built in a few breaks for you on weekends, and you get to use
these in whatever way you want to. You may need the day to catch up on course work, or you
may want to use the day for some uber important mind-body self care.

Maybe you don’t want or need the break, however, so we created this Library just for you!

Do you have to check out these resources to complete the course work? Nope!

These are here only if you are looking for more. Searching for a good read? Want to add
healthy recipes to your daily routine? Maybe you’re in the mood for an inspirational TED Talk or
want to try out the latest app that can help keep you motivated.

We’ve compiled the best of the best in here, so if you care to browse, have a ball! Just
remember to come back out when it’s time for your course. ;)
