1. OBJETIVO
OBJECTIVE

Definir os requisitos adicionais de inspeção para atendimento a requisitos complementares

estabelecidos pelos clientes.
To define the additional inspection requirements to comply the additional requirements stablished from customers.

2. ESCOPO
SCOPE

Esse documento tem o propósito de fixar os requisitos adicionais de inspeção para materiais a
serem fabricados/ processados pela, ou fornecidos para a, OneSubsea do Brasil.
This document has the purpose of stablishing the additional inspection requirements for materials to be manufactured/
processed by, or supplied to, OneSubsea Brazil.

Os requisitos definidos neste documento somente são aplicáveis aos materiais cujos BOMs
possuem este documento listado.
The requirements defined herein are applicable only to the materials in which their BOMs have this document listed
in.

4. PROCEDIMENTOS DE INSPEÇÃO
INSPECTION PROCEDURES

Em virtude de requisitos complementares definidos pelo cliente, a OneSubsea

estabeleceu documentos próprios com o foco no atendimento destes requisitos adicionais.
Sempre que houver a demanda por algum dos processos de inspeção listados abaixo na
fabricação do material, os seguintes procedimentos devem ser seguidos. Para processos
não listados nesta relação, deve ser seguido o procedimento descrito no IP estabelecido na
BOM (Lista do Material).
Due to the additional requirements defined by customer, OneSubsea stablished some specific documents with
the focus on attendance of those additional requirements.
every time when the demand for any inspection process listed below during the manufacturing process, the
following procedures shall be followed. For processes not listed below, it shall be followed the applicable procedure
defined on the IP stablished on the BOM (Bill of Material).

DESTRUTIVOS – END
Requirements of Personal Competencies for Non-Destructive Examination – NDE

Para serviços de ensaios não destrutivos executados no Brasil ou no exterior, a qualificação e

certificação de pessoal devem ser por entidades independentes, acreditadas pelos organismos
nacionais de seus respectivos países, conforme ABNT NBR NM ISO 9712 ou ISO 9712.

NOTE: Sistemas de autocertificação, como a “Nondestrutive Personnel Qualification and

Certification ASNT SNT-TC-1A”, para inspetores Níveis 1,2 ou 3, em que a metodologia de
certificação é estabelecida ou aplicada pelo próprio empregador segundo seus critérios, não são
aceitos pela OneSubsea.

For non-destructive testing services performed in Brazil or abroad, the qualification and certification of personnel must
be by independent entities, accredited by the bodies nationals of their respective countries, according to ABNT NBR ISO
9712 or ISO 9712.

NOTE Self-certification systems such as the "Nondestructive Personnel Qualification and Certification ASNT SNT-
TC-1A”, for Level 1, 2 or 3 inspectors, in which the methodology of certification is established or applied by the employer
at its own discretion, not are accepted by OneSubsea.

Para realização de inspeção de pintura industrial, a qualificação e certificação de pessoas deverá

ser de acordo com a ABNT NBR 15218 ou conforme a Tabela 3.

For performing industrial painting inspection, the personal qualification and certification shall be in accordance with
NBR 15218 or Table 3.

PROCEDURE QUALIFICATION

8.1. PROCEDIMENTOS DE ENSAIOS NÃO-DESTRUTIVOS (END's)

NON-DESTRUCTIVE EXAMS PROCEDURES (NDE’S)

Todos os procedimentos de END utilizados na Organização e subfornecedores nacionais ou

estrangeiros devem ser aprovados por inspetor nível 3. Estes procedimentos deverão ser
qualificados por organismos internacionais independentes (no Brasil pela ABENDI e no exterior por
organismos que obedeçam a norma ISO/IEC 17024 ou equivalente e que operem em conformidade
com a norma ISO 9712). Estes procedimentos devem possuir método de execução e critérios de
aceitação baseados na norma correspondente ao material fabricado.

All the Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) procedures used in the Organization, national or international sub suppliers
must be approved by level III inspector. These procedures shall be qualified by international independent entities (in Brazil
by ABENDI and abroad according to the standard ISO/IEC 17024 or equivalent, which operate in accordance with the
Standard ISO 9712). These procedures must have method of execution and acceptance criteria based on the
corresponding standard to the manufactured material.

8.2. PROCEDIMENTO DE PINTURA

PAINTING PROCEDURE

Os procedimentos de pintura, nacional ou internacional, em atendimento às especificações N-2,

N-13 e NBR 15218 e especificações OneSubsea devem ser elaborados por inspetor nível 2, e
aprovados pela Engenharia OneSubsea e, posteriormente, enviados para conhecimento do cliente
da OneSubsea, quando requerido.

The painting procedures, national or international, created according to N-2, N-13 and NBR 15218 standards and
attending OneSubsea specification shall be elaborated by Level 2 Painting Inspector, and approved by OneSubsea
Engineering and, after, submitted to OneSubsea’s Customer, when required.

8.3. PROCEDIMENTOS E DOCUMENTOS DE SOLDAGEM

WELDING DOCUMENTATION AND PROCEDURES

Os documentos necessários a execução e controle da soldagem deverão ser elaborados por

inspetor de solda qualificado, atendendo as normas N-2301 e N-133.

The required documentation for welding control and execution must be prepared by qualified welding inspector,
attending the standards N-2301 and N-133.
