We use a lot of fresh fruit at Mahiki, and we mean a lot! This raises some issues, we have to maintain the highest quality standards for our drinks but also have concerns about your health and the environment. All our pineapples, coconuts and tropical fruit are organic, mostly because it just tastes better. All our orchard fruits and berries are grown in the UK to reduce their food miles, and are also organic wherever possible. We will continue to work with our suppliers with the goal of running a fully organic cocktail menu as soon as we can. Mahiki, Aloha spirit for the world.
