    - STRICTLY NO CANCELATION UNIT – (non-refundable payment)
    - NO TO PASS OVER UNIT(e.g: dina kaya icontinue kasi wala na panghulog or pambayad

    at bigla nalang ipapasa sa ibang tao ang unit. That is not acceptable; be responsible payor or
    else you will pay a penalty charge and no refundable payment / cash + NO UNIT to receive)

    For thos who are planning to leave their responsibilities in payment his/her will be INPERSON and
    having a case and it will be adding as attentive theft. This contact will be paid/finished in 5 weeks
    contract payment. For delay payments will be adding penalty charge atless 60php or 0.5% in (P amount
    of unit p/day). Pls. Be on time sending payments to avoid penalty charge. If you agree with, kindly sign
