 ABSTRACT
The project is aimed at developing an web application for the “MILLET PORTAL” of the
marayoor and kanthaloor organic millet farmers and buyers. Millets have been an integral
part of our diet for centuries. In addition to a plethora of health benefits, millets are also good
for the environment with low water & input requirement. With the aim to create awareness
and increase production & consumption of millets, United Nations, at the behest of the
Government of India, declared 2023 the International Year Millets. To commemorate this,
MyGov is hosting various interactive activities around Millets. As part of this government
announcement, organic millets are also grown in my areas , So I have created this website to
help everyone use the millets in marayoor and kanthaloor. This project is an attempt to
provide the advantages of online shopping to customers of a real shop. The system after
careful analysis has been identified to be presented withthe following modules and roles.The
modules involved are: Administrator, customers login and to do online payment then our
farm visiting Reservation and also our college RICH HILL project gallery view these are
main features of our website. Implementation of the system using php scss and bootstrap in
front end with and the database part is developed by mysql. Responsive web designing is
used for making the website compatible for any type of screen. The application also provides
a drag and drop feature so that a user can add a product to the shopping cart by dragging the
item in to the shopping cart.
