If the Vessel is prevented from entering the Load or Discharge port due to proven congestion, Vessel is permitted to tender NOR, whether in port or not. No remains of previous cargoes or any other matter must be found at any material place including but not limted to tanks, including bulkheads welding, coils and pumps. Industrial: - Wall wash tests performed with food grade alcohol or shore tank aleohol.
