What your policy covers
Allianz Loan Protection Insurance is designed to meet part of your loan repayments if you become totally disabled for work* or
become involuntarily unemployed*. Your policy benefits are subject to the terms, conditions, limits and exclusions set out in the policy
documentation we previously provided. Your cover commenced on 24 May 2019.
Have your circumstances changed?
According to our records, your Allianz Loan Protection Insurance policy remains current, with a scheduled expiry date of 24 May 2024.
However, your policy could finish earlier for other reasons - for example, if your loan is repaid or refinanced or if your policy is cancelled
by you or us. For a full list of these reasons, please read When the policy ends in the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).
If you believe your policy has ended before the scheduled expiry date, please call us on 1300 139 664, as you may be entitled to a
partial refund. Any refund amount is subject to the terms and conditions of your policy and applicable laws.

Change to External Dispute resolution scheme details
The independent external dispute resolution scheme we belong to (as referred to in your Product Disclosure Statement or Policy
Document) has changed from the Financial Services Ombudsman Service Australia (FOS), to the Australian Financial Complaints
Authority (AFCA).
