Hungry Alligator Game

DIRECTIONS:
Let’s play a game. Find a partner to play with. Print
out the materials for the game below.

How to Play:
1. Print and cut out two sets of number cards. 1 for you and 1 for
your partner.
2. Mix up your number cards and have your partner mix up their
number cards.
3. Both of you draw a card and place it face up so you can each see
the number.
4. Place the alligator in the correct direction with the mouth open
to eat the biggest number.
5. The person whose number gets eaten loses their card to the
other player.
6. The first person to lose all of their cards wins the game.

See example turn below:

• Player 1 flips up a 9.
• Player 2 flips up a 2.
