- The Bachelor/driver.
3. Explain the combination of your answer in #1 and #2.
- The passion in the story has sleep-driving is a consequent pasion as the
bachelor/driver didn’t have the will at first, however, he gave his consent by choosing
to drive instead at taking a nap for the moment he could have refused to compel the
will of his workmates to drive as he is sleepy that might result in an accident. From the
moment his will yields even if his consent is reluctant. Therefore, the bachelor/driver
freely makes him liable.
