founded in 2020, located in Nagpur. We cultivate various

Responsibilities

You will have to work on your respective Shift, choice of Shift

(morning/afternoon/ evening) with your Genre/Niche/Category of News
(any 2) will be given.
Candidates must be Technically adaptive to publication standards.
Mandatory Writing 1 news on the working day of 500 words on the selected
genre and publishing 24 Short Articles in a month to achieve Completion
Certificate.
Proper research and writing the current news, news must not be more than
4-6 hours old with proper researched keywords & allowing only 7 percent
of Plagiarism giving proper credits.
Formatting tools will be provided all writers and articles must be SEO-
friendly with maintained Publication standards.
You will be provided with all credits to your creations.
 Overview
The purpose of this document is solely to act as a guide for the Interns applying
for Internship. All Interns/applicants, from any college/institution/ hiring
organization, etc. are requested to go through the document thoroughly
before starting/applying for the internship to get an overview of the workings
at Asiana Times.

Hiring Process mainly includes applying from LinkedIn or direct collaboration

with any college/institution/ hiring organization etc. Opening portals are
active every month end for all departments. The Interview Process includes
Resume Shortlisting, Video-Interview rounds, and the Assignment Round for
Selection. The shift choosing form & the Offer Letter will be shared with the
Interns within 72 hours after they join the Orientation Meet. can be filled once
by the Intern, double filling of the form is strictly prohibited.

However, there can be changes and alterations to the instructions given, but
this will serve as a basic information for the Interns/applicants at Asiana Times.
The Internship offered to any individual can be terminated, if found any
misconduct or inappropriate behaviors in the official groups or with any other
individuals associated with the company or misusing any asset of the Company
without proper permission from the Authorities.

Please note that on the requirement the Intern will be given access to various
Paid/Admin Accounts of the Company, ASIANA TIMES BY ASIANA TECH
PRIVATE LTD. like WordPress Account, Grammarly, Quilbot, Canava, Google
Admin Account, Official HR Email-ID etc; if there is any breach of the
credentials/passwords or if misused for personal purposes without permission
from the Higher Authorities other than Asiana times, strict Legal action shall be
taken.

Please remember, this is an Unpaid Internship, however on the better

performance after 2 Months on the Mutual Agreement of the Company and
the Intern, we can convert it into a Paid Internship or promote the Intern as a
Team Leader. Also remember you can only do one internship at a time with us.
At present there is no vacancy of a Full -Time Job and we don’t promise for any
future Employment. However, opening is on rolling basis of different profiles as
mentioned in the Document of both paid and unpaid Internships.
 Important Highlights
Dedication, Sense of Responsibility, and Patience are preferred over
Experience. Freshers or Beginners with little or no experience are welcome.
There will be a training session of 2 to 3 days for every department, where
the Supervisors or Heads will guide and train you in everything from scratch
with videos & materials before you carry out real departmental functions &
responsibilities.
Supervisors are there to Edit, Approve and help with Research.
Generally, it is a 1-month Unpaid Internship with complete Exposure to the
Profile, however, terms are extended on the Mutual Consent and
agreement of the Intern and the Company.
This Internship is Work from Home with maximum working hours of 3-5.
6 days of work in a week, while you can only take 2 days off during your
work month with prior permission from your direct manager and later

compensate for it.
3 consecutive days of absence will lead to the termination for whatever
reasons.
You will be eligible for the LOR (Letter of Recommendation) only after 2
months of Completion of the Internship.
Each and every Intern joining Asiana Times will be provided with Legal
Offer Letter mentioning your legal name provide before the
commencement of the internship.
It compulsory to Join the Orientation Meet of the respective department.
All the team members present/associated with Asiana Times, have to use
our Proprietary Chat System of Communication, however, we do operate
on WhatsApp during emergencies or technical glitches.
The Team members especially from Journalism, Web Story, WordPress, and
Graphics are expected to have their devices supporting desktop versions.

Any change or modification of this document solely lies at the discretion of

Asiana Times by Asiana Tech Private Limited, However, you are requested to
confirm every detail with the Interviewer working at Asiana Times during the
Interview Process or with the Supervisor during orientation. Please visit our

 Internship Schedule March 2023

You will be hired on successfully completing, the final round of the Selection
process for the department of ‘Journalism/ Content Writer Interns’.
Basic tasks for the Journalism/ Content Writer Interns include, Researching,
Writing and Publishing with the approval of the Supervisors. Training will be
provided from Scratch to all departments through Video Tutorials, Live Training,
Doubt clearing & Feedback sessions by the Authority.
Final Interns will be given the choice their preferred shifts that is the Morning
shift, Afternoon Shift, and Evening shift according to their scheduled
commitments. However, the final assigning of the preferred shift would be the
discretion of the higher authority.
