Instructions to Applicants

1. Application forms and Prospectus are available at EMCU reception, alternatively they
can be downloaded from the University Website www.emcu.ac.sz
2. Application forms are to be downloaded, completed and returned to the University by
02ND June 2023, after paying a non- refundable application fee payable at the bank. The
application fees are as follows:
 E300.00 for Local/SADC applicants
 E500.00 for International applicants
3. Applicants should attach to the application form certified copies of all required
documents including copies of:
 Identification Document e.g. ID card, passport
 Application fee receipt
 High school certificate
4. No application form will be considered without copies of certificates and the
application fee receipt attached
5. Successful candidates will be informed through telephonic or mass media
6. Acceptance letters will be given to successful candidates
7. If admitted erroneously or through fraudulent means the University reserves the right
to nullify any acceptance letter. Such candidates shall be barred in the future from
applying to the University.
