IN FILIPINO TEENAGERS

INTRODUCTION.

First, we all know how much the internet is affecting our Filipino teenagers, How the internet

is destroying our teenagers, because of the teenagers who are not using it correctly and

properly and here we will know the details in this research paper let's see why, how, and what

are the reasons that these problems occur.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM.


MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEM is Mental illness, also called mental health disorders,
refers to a wide range of mental health conditions — disorders that affect your mood,
thinking and behavior. Examples of mental illness include depression, anxiety
disorders, schizophrenia, eating disorders and addictive behaviors . The Internet
could be good or bad for people. It makes our lives easier. But it can also affect or
destroy our mental health, or our family rather most Filipino teenagers nowadays are
addicted to it. Being addicted to it and overusing the internet always not good they might
affect your physical and mental health. Using the internet is not bad but overusing it is
dangerous. It can cause Internet Addiction Disorder.

POSSIBLE CAUSE.
It can possibly cause by childhood abuse, trauma, or neglect. social isolation or loneliness.
experiencing discrimination and stigma, including racism. social disadvantage, poverty or
debt. They Filipino teenagers overuse the internet badly nowadays. It seems like
teenagers 'lives revolve around it. Some of the muse the internet for school, business,
and other important purposes. But most of the muse the Internet as their coping
mechanism; they found their safe place on it. They can connect or socialize using it. It
can do and find what they can't do and find in the outside world. The Internet might be
their safe place which is why they can't stop overusing it. But not everything is fun and
good. The Internet is not always a safe place, but it might also be a nightmare place for
some people. On the internet, some people, especially teens, experienced cyberbullying,
trolling, inappropriate Relationships, and more. These can affect our emotional state and
put our mental health at risk.
