INCIDENT
Date and Time of Incident: 03/27/2023
When I was listening to a call for evaluation, I noticed that the background noises are audibly
present on the audio recording. The voices of the agents conversing in the background are
noticeable.
@2:55 of the audio file. The applicant asked as to whether they were on speaker mode. The
applicant not complaining frequently is a good thing. What if the candidate is extremely
particular? This will raise concerns about their privacy and raise questions about data security.
It is preferable that we take action as soon as possible rather than dealing with the same issue
and damage control.
FOLLOW UP ACTION
Description of actions to be taken (Plan of Action):
Agents should not be talking when other agents are taking in calls.
Provide noise cancelling headset to agents.
Seat arrangement. No english historians should seat together during their shift.
