① Development and Implementation of a Shared Vision

An example is from our current data sharing between the district and
intervention teachers. This document also serves as evidence for growth of
students learning foundational math skills through the Math Recovery
program that is being implemented in small groups to students who
scored in the well below grade level band in the previous year’s CFA math
test. We identified the program’s strengths and needs that lead to the
student's individual goals.
 ② Instructional Leadership

An example is an agenda from one of the Community of Practice Meetings

that I facilitated. I was able to demonstrate leadership skills in the
planning, facilitating and follow up of each meeting with the Community of
Practice.
 ③ Management and Learning Environment

An example is this agenda from a school site council meeting and

governing board meeting that I attended. We discussed budget concerns
and also reviewed what the staff and parent surveys reported for how to
allocate money.

An example is from a powerpoint presentation where I helped facilitate an

Academic Parent Teacher Team Meeting where parents came in to discuss
their child’s current data in the area of mathematics. Individually parents
set a goal for where their student would be in eight weeks after working
with them at home on a specific skill. Parents were able to take an active
role in their child’s education hence creating them team between parents
and teachers.
 ⑤ Ethics and Integrity

By attending professional learning that addresses the range of students'

academic needs I am able to advocate for students who need other
academic learning opportunities. By going through this training I am also
able to pass on information to teachers and give them tools to help their
students succeed academically in their classroom also.

An example is the meeting I participated in for Culver City Unified School

District Board of Education Meeting on 2/14/2023. This allowed me to
understand different districts' policies and factors that go into a district
running. I was also able to reflect on my district’s policies as well as school
decisions.
