a. Only Dell Hardware’s Components are supported by the Engineers who would visit my site.
b. Engineers who come on site will not troubleshoot or help in any software related issues including
Operating System.
c. In case if there is any additional issues or damages found by the Engineer, I would have to pay extra for
the same.
d. Batteries Carry Only 1Year of Warranty and are not covered under any Extended Service Contracts.
e. Accidental Damages are not covered under normal Warranty.
f. Dell Can Support Hardware Components to a Maximum of up to 4 Years from Date of Manufacture /
Shipment.
g. Payment Terms are 100% in Advance.
h. All sales are subject to Dell's Terms and Conditions of Sale, Service and Technical Support ("Terms and
Conditions") copies which are available on www.dell.co.in, official site.
