Greetings from Resonance!

We are pleased to inform that your ward is completing class XI of the foundation course of this session and is about to be promoted
from VIKAAS (JA) to VIJETA (JPA) in Class XII in the coming session 2022-23. The students in Hindi medium will be similarly promoted
to VIJETA (JPH). For all these students, this will be their next step towards success and Resonance has planned the entire year to
strengthen the foundation of their success.

Resonance was founded with a vision to impart education innovatively on 11 April 2001. Since then it has been continuously
incorporating innovative methods to give the best education to students.
At Resonance, we started preparing our students for the online mode since last year after the announcement that JEE (Advanced) will
be conducted in online mode in 2018. In 2018-19 session with the announcement that National Testing Agency (NTA) will be
conducting JEE (Main) examination twice a year on CBT (Computer Based Test) Mode, we were smooth with the change as we had
been giving our students the practice of online exams and had proactively adopted the changes required for Online mode of
examination. Last year itself, we had set up two online testing labs and made arrangements with private computer labs also where our
students take online tests and are offered practice for the core exam. In these labs where ample time of more than 26,00,091 hours of
practice was available for the students and 22,223 students took online tests in the session 2020-21
“Starting early is the key to success” and hence we complete the entire syllabus of class XI in a very structured manner. New

batches of Class XII will be commencing from 1 February 2022. By starting session of 12th class early the course will be
completed early and students will get more time for revision of boards & JEE (Main) January-2023 attempt. The criteria for allotment of
batches shall be based on the final cumulative percentage (Considering due weight age of PTs, CTs & MT). In case, a student is not able
to appear in Major Test (MT) of class 11th for a genuine reason, the academic performance shall be normalized to 100% by considering
marks of CTs & PTs. The second Criterion in batch allotment will be the deposition of 1st Installment of the fee within the prescribed
date.
The student joining class 12th batches in January 2022 will be termed as JP. They will be undergoing 2+ month of classes (after
depositing 1st Installment of the course fee) covering initial topics of class 12th curriculum. These students are likely to be benefitted
in terms of more time for revision and getting prepared to tune with 12th syllabus. However, these topics will be covered in JPA
batches which will be resuming from 4th April 2022 at slightly more class frequency.

Note: Those students of Class-XII (JP) who will not deposit their course fee (II-Instalment) as per schedule shall not be allowed to attend their
classes from 04-04-2022 (Class-XII; JPA). Also they will be imposed with Late Fee charges as per the rules of Resonance mentioned in ResoNET
Guide/ResoGuide (2021-22) respectively.

Note: For Students who are depositing the fees in 2 installments, it is mandatory for them to submit a Post Dated Cheque (PDC)/
JODO (resonance.jodo.in) for the 2nd installments at the time of depositing the 1st Installment.
The Rate of GST is decided by Govt. of India and is subject to revision. Hence, the rate/amount of GST may increase/decrease or any other tax may
be introduced in the future. The Institute shall pass on the effect of change (increase/decrease/ intro of a new tax) in these rates to students/parents,
if any change is announced by the Govt. of India, the students shall be informed at an appropriate time about the same as and when the Govt. of India
announces the change.
5. Benefits of Joining JPA: Since 2013-14 session, we have been following the concept of forming early batches of class-XII students
namely JPA. This has proved beneficial for our students. Some of the key benefits are as below:
5.1 An early start helps to maintain less class frequency which results in a better understanding of the topics.
5.2 Early concepts of class XII get more time which results in an in-depth understanding of the key concepts.
5.3 Productive utilization of the free time available to students before their school examinations of class XI.
5.4 Easy transition from class XI to class XII and no break in the rhythm of studies.
5.5 Because of the early start, we will be able to complete Class-XII syllabus [JEE (Main), Board, JEE (Advanced)] by November 2022 and will
get sufficient time for revision session in month of December to appear in January 2023 attempt. 25 tests in each subject will be conducted
between January 2023- April 2023 attempt to fully equip the students for April 2023 attempt, taking care of all the deficiency areas. Post
April 2023 JEE (Main), we will finally collect for quick revision through fresh DPPs, aiming at JEE (Advanced) to revise theory and take
Advanced tests (8 tests) and discussions as our best support to students for success in JEE (Advanced) 2023.

6. How to Deposit Course Fee: The Course Fee shall be paid to Resonance Eduventures Limited:
6.1 Through a Demand Draft or Pay Order made in favour of RESONANCE EDUVENTURES LIMITED and payable at the respective Study Centre of
Resonance where the student wishes to enroll for the course. The DD can be deposited in person at any of the Study Centers of Resonance.
The student must write his/her Name, Father's Name, Course and Application Form No. on the Back of DD/ Pay order while depositing course
fee. If the student is sending the DD through the post then it should be sent to Kota office by Registered Post /Courier immediately so that it
reaches us on or before the last date of fee deposition.
6.2 The Fee can also be directly deposited in the SBI Account of Resonance Eduventures Ltd. (30969014861/ IFSC: SBIN0001534) / CBI
Account of Resonance Eduventures Ltd. (3154400127)/ HDFC Bank Account of Resonance Eduventures Ltd. (50200016937462) at any of
the branches of Banks through Cash or Demand Draft made in favour of Resonance by using Fee Deposition Challan. The Bank Fee
Deposition Challan is available at the Help Desk of Student Zone, CG Tower-1 and can also be downloaded from the website
www.resonance.ac.in.
6.3 Students who are depositing the fees in 2 or more installments, it is mandatory for them to submit a Post Dated Cheque (PDC)/ JODO
(resonance.jodo.in) for the remaining installments at the time of depositing the 1st Installment.
7. Resonance General Scholarship Program (GSP): For all the students of Resonance's Yearlong Classroom Contact Programs at Kota & other
study Centres) Scholarships for students of VIKAAS-JA Course (2021-22), Resonance offers two categories of Scholarship as below:
7.1 Based on Cumulative Performance in the Periodic Tests (Cumulative Tests-CTs, Part Tests-PTs and Major Test (MT) at Resonance during the
Academic Session 2021-22.
7.2 Based on Scholarship Test (JEE Syllabus of Class XI) after the commencement of Class-XII VIJETA-JP Course on 03.04.2022 (Paper-I will
be asked from their CT/ PT/ MT test paper held in class XI while Paper-2 will be unseen). This is to encourage students to revise topics of
Class XI syllabus thoroughly with the help of revision plan mention in Point 2 as per their convenience).
Note:
I. All the Scholarship awardees shall be informed individually after finalization of Major Test (MT) result and/or Scholarship Test.
II. Performance in the Scholarship Test shall have appropriate weight-age in the first reshuffling of the VIJETA-JP batch.
8. Change in Medium of Studies / Study Centres:
Institute has made a special provision for students who wish to change their Medium of Studies or Study Centre after fee deposition. The student
has to fill up the Request Form (available at institute's counter) for the change of Medium of Studies or Study Centre and deposit the requisite fee
along with request form at institute's counter.
