Kalkulációt készítek egy exel fájlban és az alapján elkészítem a számlákat. A számlákon mindegyiken más
text szerepel, fel kell tünteni a számlán leírást.

I make calculations in an excel file and I issue the invoices based on that file. Every invoice has a unique
text, I have to mark / indicate that text and on the invoice.

Nincs semmilyen issu a creditek kiállításával. Alapvetően ha megkapom a profot akkor 1 vagy 2 héten
belül kiállítom, kivéve ha kapok arról levelet, hogy ez SOS akkor aznap kiállítom volt hogy hétvégén
készítettem el szabadidőmben. Ha azonnal kell nem mondok nemet. De ha nem sos akkor általában 2-3
nappal később készül el vagy maximum 2 héten belül.

There is no problem with issuing credits. Basically, if I get the proof, I issue the invoice within 1-2 weeks.
If I am told that an invoice is top priority, then I issue it immediately (even in my free time on
weekends).

Ahogy modntam korábban nincs hatása a credtieknek a credit limiter. Amikor elkészítem a proofot akkor
a debit is növeli és a credit is a CL-t. Hiába tisztítjuk ki a credittel a napi számlákat, ha a debit ott marad
amíg ki nem fizetik.

As I mentioned earlier, credits don’t have any effect on credit limit. When I issue an invoice, both credit
and debit increase credit limit. No matter if we clear the daily invoices with credit or not, debit stays
there until it is paid.
