How are you? I hope you and your family are fine. As you may know, I have lived in Emmental all my
life and exactly in a village called Trubschachen and I love it here. What I love about the village is
that there are lot of hiking opportunities. Trubschachen has also beautiful landscapes. In
Trubschachen has also regional foods. If you ever visit Trubschachen, you must visit Kambly. Kambly
is one of the famous biscuit factory of Switzerland. In the biscuit store, you can taste the many
biscuits that they have made.

The only thing that I don’t like about Trubschachen is that there are not a lot of train and bus
connections. If you want to go the next big city, you have to take the train, bus or car and it usually
takes about an hour.

There is an Ice Hockey Stadium called SCL Tigers Stadium in the next village called Langnau. You can
watch there an ice hockey match. If you want to go want to go to the stadium from Trubschachen,
you have to take the train to Langnau first. After you arrive at the station in Langnau, you walk
straight until you see a “bridge” and then you go up the stairs and you have to walk over the bridge
and if you look under you, there will be train tracks. You cross the bridge and now you will be on the
other side of the station and next to it there is also the main road. Then if you turn to your left, you
will see the stadium. I hope that helps you.
