INTRODUCTION

1.1 Project Background

PT MULTI TAMBANGJAYA UTAMA (MUTU) intends to develop production infrastructure of
Swalang located in district Barito North, Kalimantan Tengah.
PT MULTI TAMBANGJAYA UTAMA (MUTU) has been effective in producing coal since 2016.
PT MULTI TAMBANGJAYA UTAMA (MUTU) is subsidiary of PT INDIKA INDONESIA
RESOURCES, whose carries an important mission from one of the business pillars of PT
INDIKA INDONESIA RESOURCES, namely managing energy resources by optimizing its
capabilities in managing various potentials to meet the increasing demand for energy. This
mission is in line with PT INDIKA INDONESIA RESOURCES main business strategy, which
is to utilize Indonesia's abundant energy resources to meet growing energy demand, including
identifying and acquiring promising potential assets in the energy sector
