Free access to courts and quasi-judicial bodies and adequate legal assistance shall not be
denied to person by reason of poverty.

Bell of Right Section 11 I think the most important we all have the right to have a lawyer
We cannot say that you will not be accepted just because you have no payment Public attorney
handles public cases if you can't afford a lawyer or can pay a lawyer you go there because we
have the right to ask for help from the government they will provide such an institution to help
people who can't afford to pay lawyer because it's a big help for people who have been hurt and
can't afford a lawyer to defend themselves because most people in court now always win those
who have money even if they did something wrong so it's more important for poor people cannot
afford to pay for their own lawyer
For example A poor person was killed hit and run which is bad person or have a bad intension
to a person. And He wanted justice for but he is continuously denied by services by lawyers in
his area. He was told that he couldn't win the case because he is poor. This example can be seen
as a violation of Section 11
A person’s right will be nullified if he or she loses the opportunity to appear in court because of
the difficulty of this one is an example or reality of many Filipino so government state PAO has
been passed so handle it so that they can give hope to appear in court.

This state constitution duty to provide the free legal assistance to the citizens when by reasons of
indigence or lock of financial because of Section 11 State Public Attorney’s office is there in
order to make sure that all person specially those who cannot afford a private lawyer to defend
their cases and provide free legal access.
