Nainital aer breakfast taxi will take a Sightseeing in Nainital, Cave Garden, Barapathar take a horse or
trek for Dorothy Seat and LandsEnd ,Khurpatal Lake view Point , Mini waterfall, Sariyatal lake, Himalaya
Darshan point, Nainital lake view Point Then taxi drop to Mall Road, Boang in Naini lake (Charges Extra)
,Tibet Market ,Naina Devi temple Mall Road all are walking distance.

Day: 02 Nainital – Bhimtal—Naukuchiatal -Saal Lake ………………….

After breakfast leave for Kausani Begin your day with the view of the sun rising above the horizon. After
the beautiful view of the sunset, go to the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Today, you will visit the local
attractions of Kausani like Anasakti Ashram (Gandhi Ashram), Laxmi Ashram, Sumitranandan Pant
Gallery, Kausani Tea Estate, and Baijnath Temple. Overnight stay at the Kausani hotel.

Day: 04 Nainital To Ranikhet Sightseeing ………………….

Meal -: Breakfast & Dinner

Today morning after breakfast proceed to local sightseeing of Ranikhet Sightseeing, Bhowali,
Kainchidham, Frog Point, Kalika Temple, Herakhan Temple, Chopaya Garden, then drop to Kausani.
Night Stay in Kausani.

Day: 05 Nainital To Kathgodam Drop

Meal -: Breakfast Only

After breakfast check out from hotel & cab driver will drop you at Kathgodam Railway station
Junction to catch onwards Flight & back to home with sweet memories!!!!!!!!!!

➢ Anything not specifically mentioned under the head "Prices included".
➢ The Services of Vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as
per the Itinerary.
➢ Rohtang pass Taxi Cost is not included. (Rohtang pass is Closed on Tuesday)
➢ Guide fee, Camera fee & any monument Entrances | Medical & Travel insurance.
➢ Any changes you June choose to make during your tour | Additional costs due to flight
cancellation, road blocks etc.
 ➢ Heater charges if required.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION: -

➢ For Package conformation you need to deposit token Payment of INR-5000/-in Our
Company Account and 50% payment to receive your Booking voucher.
➢ 100% payment to be deposited before the trip starts.
➢ Please do mail the screenshot of the mode of advance payment.

IMPORTANT NOTE: -

➢ AC will not work in Hill Stations.

➢ Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject
to availability)
➢ Check out time of the hotel mentioned is 10:00 hrs. Check in time is 12:00 noon. (Early check in
is subject to availability)
➢ We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not
liable for it.
➢ Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, Heavy Snow
Fall, landslides, political Insurgencies, Strikes etc.
➢ Travel insurance & Rescue Cost is not Include in the packages Cost.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:-

➢ There is no deal between the company and the client until the company has received the
initial token amount of particular tour package. Payment must be received via Online
Transfer, Paytm & Payment Policy.
➢ In case, customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 10 days of the travel date
because of Some reasons like accident, illness including non-payment of the balance
payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All
cancellations are to be communicated in written.
➢ Advance amount 50% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15
days of the travel dates.
➢ advance token amount is non-refundable.
➢ In exceptional cases like Instant death company can refund the advance payment amount but
after deducting its necessary service charges

(Please note: Company would also need the death proof for the same for Refund)

➢ The Company has complete authority to change the package costing if in future there is
a hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other additional services
provided.
➢ Only those Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking
voucher.
➢ Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form money/alternative
services.
➢ No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments,
sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor
exchangeable.
➢ Service Charge is different & included.
PREPONE & POSTPONE:

➢ In case client wishes to pre-pone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to
kindly reach us
➢ 15 days prior to journey date via mail.
➢ The customers can postpone/ pre-pone their tour will attract additional charges.
(INR3000/-)
➢ Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) June applies
postpone/pre-pone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases
postpone/pre-pone charges will deducted from the advance amounted posited.
➢ In all pre-pone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be
subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
➢ The validity to utilize your Advance payment in pre-pone/postpone scenarios is 1
Year from the date of advance payment.
➢ The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you
can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to
transfer your booking, you must meet the above terms and conditions first)
➢ Company has a right to reschedule the site seeing days to ensure smooth execution of tours.
➢ Any amendment requested during the tour, will be treated as a fresh booking and
additional cost will be charged other than earlier allocated tour cost.
