Introduction
A. Nature of the Business
CHICKITA is a food business that offers healthy, tasty, and yummy fried chicken, our fried chicken is made
with herbal ingredients. Our other products are Adobong Pugolot which is Quail Eggs in a jar. And our third
product is Chicken skin as a side dish packaged in plastic packaging like Chicharon. CHICKITA is a new
starting business that is open for franchising, reselling, and also open for distributors. Our business tends to
create and innovate a new variety of flavors for our chicken to let our consumers enjoy our CHICKITA
Fried Chicken.

In this generation, many Filipinos want an easy and affordable dish that they can enjoy every time they want.
Chicken meat is way less expensive than any other meat such as Pork, Beef, or Seafood. Fried chicken, also
known as Southern fried chicken, is a dish consisting of chicken pieces that have been coated with seasoned
flour or batter and pan-fried, deep-fried, pressure-fried, or air fried. The breading adds a crisp coating or
crust to the exterior of the chicken while retaining juices in the meat. Broiler chickens are most commonly
used.

Our CHICKITA Fried Chicken is perfect for people who are always in a rush and at the same time want a
portion of healthy food with high protein. We tend to let our customers try and taste our fried chicken
because the majority of Filipinos love fried chicken at the same time health conscious. Our business will
continue to provide fresh ingredients and quality service, our top priority is for consumers to enjoy our fried
chicken. CHICKITA Fried Chicken is located at its main branch at Gen Luna Ave Street, Guitnang Bayan 1,
San Mateo, Rizal. It will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday to Sunday. The company chose
Guitnang Bayan 1 as the location for product distribution and sales. Since many people visit this location, it
is easy for them to recognize our store.

B. Product Description
CHICKITA is a food store that offers whole fried chicken which is boiled with herbal tea, seasoned with our
tasty seasoning, and breaded with our house-made breading mixed before deep frying and finally glazed
with honey and garlic. CHICKITA will also be offering Adobong Pugolot which is a small quail balut egg
cooked like adobo and then put inside a jar. And lastly, our Chicken Skin has a lot of tasty and crunchy, our
chicken skin has three flavors Barbeque, sweet and spicy, and sour cream. It is crunchy like a normal
Chicharon but it is more delicious and juicy that will melt in your mouth.

C. Company Profile

Name of the Company and Location


The business owner behind this proposal named the business “CHICKITA,” The Company came up
with the name to attract and remind consumers that it is time to have a bite of CHICKITA Roasted Chicken.
This makes the product more enticing and attracts customers. CHICKITA is a company that adheres to its
purpose of selling top-quality products, has a spick-and-span, and stands out from the other chicken
products. We must be able to compete with other businesses to be the best-fried chicken brand.
The business will be in Gen Luna Ave Street, Guitnang Bayan 1, San Mateo, Rizal. It will be open
from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday to Sunday. The company chose Guitnang Bayan 1 as the location for
product distribution and sales. Since many people visit this location, it is easy for them to recognize our
store.
To guarantee that our business is widely distributed, the online pages of the business will work with a
variety of social media channels, but Facebook will be our main online platform. For consumers who live far
away from the physical store, a “CHICKITA” Facebook page will be created, to reach a wider range of
potential customers and accommodate their inquiries regarding the business through the internet.
The web pages of the business will work with a number of social media sites to ensure that our
business is effectively promoted, but Facebook will be our main online platform. A "CHICKITA" Facebook
page will be made for customers who live distant from the actual store in order to reach a wider group of
potential customers and accommodate their online inquiries about the business.

To serve original and great tasty crunchy fried chicken and to be well-known in San Mateo Rizal.
We inspire to serve happiness to our customers through the version of a delicious, wide selection of
crunchy fried chicken and extraordinary experience while working towards sustainable, long-term growth,
and progress for our employees and community. It is our vision to exceed our customers’ expectations by
always improving and never ever compromising the food quality, consistent price value, and excellent
service.

ii. Mission

Our mission is to serve crunchy fried chicken by continually striving for the best in everything
(high quality at an affordable price, high customer satisfaction, in a modern and customer-friendly store
setting), we confirm our passion to improve the quality of life in the community we belong. By creating our
version of delicious fried chicken, we establish our enduring passion for food that brings together
individuals from all walks of life as they create joyful moments.

iii. Objectives

CHICKITA operates in the food business industry, where consumers can buy affordable yet delicious
fried chicken. We give value to our consumers and the environment because we use herbal products. To
reach out to new audiences such as health-conscious consumers to try our chicken with garlic and honey.
We want to have positive feedback for our company which is why we promote positive company culture,
promotes teamwork, and excellent customer service. Our long-term and short-term business strategies must
be practiced and followed in order for our company to achieve its objectives.

The following are the symbols imprinted in the business/company logo of Chickita Roasted Chicken and it
is incorporated with the corresponding meaning.

1. CHICKEN - A chicken grabbing a chicken leg represents our product's focus on the chicken.
2. ORANGE BACKGROUND - Orange, like most fast food chains, is more appealing to
customers. It represents emotion, youth, hope, and enthusiasm.
3. BLACK BORDERLINE - Professional and seriousness are represented by the black borders.
4. BLACK FONT - This is an example of a strong contrast for readability. Because of its basic
style, it allows our company to be remembered by our customers
5. WHITE FONT - The white font symbolizes a set of trendy symbols that gives users access to a
variety of unique fancy text symbols.
6. BLACK CIRCLE DOT - Circles are frequently used as symbols signifying totality, excellence,
completion, and cyclical motion.

Chickita is an herbal honey garlic fried chicken. A chicken symbolizes our main product to create
joyful moments. As you can see orange is the chosen background of the layout, which represent luxurious or
serious, affordable, and orange is a reflective color that represents to be more exciting, and may encourage
an appetite. Chicken makes fantastic and health benefits is a great source of protein. Our chicken creates a
satisfying contrast between the crunchy coating and the tender chicken. Beyond that simple textural
enjoyment serve it in a warm and friendly manner.
