1.1 Permit Preparation
1.1.1 Prepare all permits required for all equipment to MPI
complete works according to Dryer procedure.

2. Execution
2.1 After the top manhole opens, personil took photos and MPI
videos of the 25 mm Ceramic Ball

2.2 Take a sampling of the ceramic ball 25 mm from the MPI

center, Then take a sampling from the right part of the
wall of the vesel as much as 500 grams each
(GAMBAR) for 2 containers (2 toples @ 500g)
2.3 After Vacuum Ceramic Ball 25mm Finished, Personnel MPI
take photos and videos of using ex camera mesh layer

2.4 After the first wire mesh is lifted, Personnel take photos MPI
and videos using ex camera of silica gel Continue to
take silica gel sampling from the middle and the right
corner of the wall as much as 500 grams.
for 2 containers (2 toples @ 500g)

2.5 After the Vacuum Silica Gel process is complete, MPI

Personnel take photos and videos using ex camera of

2.6 after the wire mesh lifting process is complete, MPI

MS SRA P-3.2mm and continued insert special tools
type 2 to take sampling MS SRA P-3.2mm from the
middle and right side of the wall 500 grams each.
for 2 containers (2 toples @ 500g)

2.7 After unloading the dumping nozzle the molsieve MPI

position becomes a sloofing condition then the pipe is
entered to be measured according to the loading
diagram to determine the position of the MS SRA P-
1.6mm. personel take photo and vidio using ex camera,
and sampling using special tools type 2
for 2 containers (2 toples @ 500g)
2.8 after sampling MS SRA P-1.6mm, measurements were MPI
made again according to the loading diagram to
determine the position of MS NK20C , personel take
photo and vidio using ex camera, and sampling using
special tools type 2 for 2 containers (2 toples @ 500g)

2.9 After the side manway opens and has atmospheric MPI
condition, Personnel take photos and videos of Mesh
Layer#3

2.10 After Mesh Layer #3 is remove, Personnel taking photos MPI

and videos using ex camera cb 6mm and followed by
sampling CB 6mm in the middle and right side wall.
for 2 containers (2 toples @ 500g)

2.11 After the 6mm CB is finished the vacuum personnel MPI

take photos and videos ex camera using cb 12mm and
Continue sampling CB 12mm the middle and right side
wall for 2 containers (2 toples @ 500g)

2.12 After CB 12 Finish Vacuum, Personnel Take Photos and MPI

Videos using ex camera mesh bottom 4 10 20 and
retaining plate
2.13 After the mesh bottom is lifted, personnel take photos MPI
and videos using ex camera ceramic rope, anular
grating

NOTES: All samples are collected at every end of shift, and take them
to Site Lab for pretreatment before delivery for safety purpose.
