The light is certified for use in zones 1 and 2 hazardous areas. Common applications are in the Oil and Petrochemicals Industries, for tank cleaning and pipeline inspections, offering a safer alternative to low voltage lighting in dangerously wet conditions as well as where flammable gases and vapours can accumulate in confined spaces The housings of ALLK-TL45 are cast brass, a spark free material, and the safety hook is also brass, but forged for extra strength. Most of external parts are nickel plated. Internal components are of durable design making the products suitable for use in the harshest industrial environments. A clean dry air supply is a condition of certification and essential for the efficient running of these lamps, otherwise contamination will deposit into the inside of the lens, reducing illumination levels. Suitable air-line filters can be supplied. Another mandatory requirement is the use of anti-static hose, to prevent the generation of unsafe levels of static electricity. The 24 volt 84 watt LED bulb is available. The life of LED bulb is more than 30000hours. All items of spare paris including LED bulbs and aiternative reflectors are readily available from stock The lamps are routinely run in, tested and set to the necessary output prior to despatch. The lamps are simple and easy to maintain. In-house training on maintenance, setting and operation of air lamps is available. WWW.ALL-KMARINE.COMpe thw ee Please follow the below steps if you are going to change the bulb. 1, Release the blue cover of the groupware of the lighting source, move the lens away then you will see and LED (yellow color). 2. There are two wires connected to the LED, one is yellow and the other is black. ‘The yellow wire is connected to the anode of the LED ( there is @ ‘+’ marked on the LED), and the black wire is connected to the cathode of the LED (there is a ‘~ marked on the LED). 3. Release the wire from the old LED with an electric iron, and then release the four ‘screws from the lighting base, Then move the LED away. 4. Put the heat sink compound on the bottom of the new LED, and then put it on the lighting base, fix it with the screw, and then weld the wire on the anode and the cathode of the LED.
