Important Information to the Pilgrims:

1.Pilgrims not possessing a valid Darshan tickets are not allowed to Tirumala, even if they possess valid accommodation receipt.
2.Please avail additional rooms at Tirumala in case you have booked Darshan tickets for more than persons allowed.
3.The allotment of room is only for the selected number of days and No Extension will be allowed. Pilgrim should invariably vacate the room within the prescribed
check-out time.otherwise pilgrim will be forcibly vacated.
4.If Pilgrims fails to avail the Accommodation in stipulated Timeslot, No consideration will be done.
5.Please approach Srinivasam Complex, TTD, Tirupati opposite to RTC Bus Stand to get allotment of room.
6.The pilgrim should produce the original ID proof at the time of availing the Accommodation
7.Caution deposit (if any) will be refunded to the original source of the payment post vacation of room.
8.Accommodation bookings can be cancelled up to one day in advance prior to accommodation date irrespective of timeslots and base tariff along with caution
deposit (if any) will be refunded.
9.Re-scheduling of accommodation date is not allowed under any circumstances.
10.In the event of not availing the accommodation on the specified date and stipulated Timeslot, only caution deposit (if any) will be refunded
11.T.T.D administration reserves the right of cancellation of the accommodation under any special circumstances.
