Women are generally more productive because they are forced to be in a position where they have

to juggle home, work, and social obligations. This is not the case for men, who will never have to do
this.

In the workplace, men and women are incredibly talented. They can use these skills to help

colleagues. Furthermore, women were deemed to excel in taking initiative, practicing self-
improvement, driving for results, and displaying high integrity and honesty. Combined with different
innate abilities such as conflict administration abilities, social connectedness, and negotiation skills,
women raise professionals who work under them more than men. This explains, that women can
deploy their various skills to advance organizational goals.

From the foregoing, it’s clear that women are highly gifted people. Through these skills and their
commitments to delivering excellence in the workplace, they have highly differentiated themselves
from their counterparts, men, in the workplace.
