• Olympic Village pack is dedicated only to players and team leaders. Parents of the same group will be accommodated in the hotels in
Bardonecchia while places are available.

• Use of the bus is only permitted for customers who have purchased the dedicated package (Villaggio or Hotel + Bus)

• All the players are under the responsibility of their partners and team leaders during the whole event

• One Credit Card for each group will be required from the hotel before the check in

• Access to the tournament matches is free. In any case the organization will follow the Italian government regulations related to Covid-19
pandemic and sport events
• Opening ceremony and closing ceremony are allowed only to people with a Juventus travel package or with the dedicated pass bought through
on the JAWC website.

• The contract contains a clause relating to the mark-up that each partner can apply to the sale price of the Juventus Academy World Cup
packages. 25% up, is the maximum allowed. It will not include extra services (not linked to the packages and services included in this
presentation) that the partner will enter in each package sold to the families (i.e.. flights, extra nights, etc...)

• The use of the bus is only allowed to follow the trips scheduled by the
JAWC Team

• Use of the bus for extra transfers is possible upon request and additional
payment

• Parents who purchase the bus package, must use for travel, the same
vehicle as their team.
