MINUTES OF MEETING THE LUPONG TAGAPAMAYAPA OF BARANGAY IMMACULADA CONCEPCION –

ROSARY HEIGHTS 2, COTABATO CITY HEL AT THE OFFFICE OF THE LUPONG TAGAPAMAYAPA ON
December 17,2022 AT 1:00 IN THE AFTERNOON.

AGENDA: 1. Attendance of Peace and Order member for the Simbang Gabi.
2. Lupon Accomplishments for November, 2022

PRESIDER: Christopher Anthony G. Coraza- Punong Barangay & Lupon Chairman

The meeting started at 1:00 in the afternoon with an Opening Prayer from Lupon Wilson Suan. This
followed by the Pambansang Awit and the Awit ng Cotabato. The Presiding Officer acknowledged the
presence of the Lupon Members.

The roll call made by the Lupon Secretary showed the presence of a quorum. Afterwards, the minutes of
last month’s meeting was read by Lupon Secretary. No corrections and clarifications were made to the
previous minutes. Thus, it was approved by the body.

Agenda #1. Attendance of Peace and Order for the Simbang Gabi.

 Hon. Christopher Anthony G. Coraza Punong Barangay/Lupon Chairman

request all tanod and other Lupon to guarded the Cathedral to avoid any
incident.

Agenda #2. Lupon Accomplishment for October, 2022

 Emil Loto reported that has no cases on Month of November.

ADJOURMENT:

No other matters were discussed. The meeting was adjourned at 2:30 in the afternoon,
