This portal is only accessible to register with a code. This prevents hackers and we
control who can be in the portal.

This portal is only accessible to register with a code. This prevents hackers and we
control who can be in the portal. They must agree to our privacy policy due to
GDPR, CCPA and all other terms of use regulations around the world.

Q: Is this available for all distributors and direct customers?


A: Yes, for now we have a list of the top 350+. You need to be selective on your direct
customers and provide it only to those you want to have full access to NHC promotional
materials and information.

Q: Does everyone need a separate login?


A: Yes, each individual person needs a separate login with a separate email - even if
they are from the same distributor. This way we have a clear documentation of who has
access into the portal and will help us keep our emailing list clean.

Q: Can I share this portal?


A: All the contents of the portal were exclusively designed to support the sales and
marketing of our Nasco Healthcare products. You can download and share the contents
with those you believe will help us sell more Nasco Healthcare products. It is not for the
general public (competitors) as this portal has graphic assets that are customizable. We
want to keep this portal “exclusive” to those we purchase from Nasco Healthcare.

Q: Why do some parts look uncomplete or marked work-in-progress?


A: Correct, this portal is still transforming. We are constantly changing our creative assets
available to customers. We update the portal monthly.

Q: What happens if someone loses their password?


A: Once they have registered (completed with code) – they can always reset their password
directly. They should not register again with the same email. If they do, they will not be
able to register.

Q: What happens if someone can not enter the portal?


A: This portal is meant and built for a desktop/laptop (with keyboard) as it allows
distributors to download information. While you can have full-access with tablet and mobile
to view everything fully – it does not work well if you are downloading assets. It is built with
future-ready software so it requires full internet access, and the preferred browser is Google
Chrome. They must have strong internet access and ability to accept “cookies”.

Q: What if I want to see who has registered?


A: Just email info@nhcpartnerportal.com and someone from ClearMed/marketing team
will respond to check a specific person for you. You will not be able to “use the list” for
their own personal usage.

A: Just email info@nhcpartnerportal.com and someone from ClearMed/marketing team
will respond.

Q: Who is the administrator for this portal?


A: ClearMed/marketing team is the administrator for this portal. If you have specific
questions that are urgent – please email cindy.lee@clear-med.com. This portal is
available 24/7 but requests and response are only available during business hours EST.
