To RE FROM DATE : ALL EMPLOYEES : POLICIES & GUIDELINES FOR COMPRESS WORKING SCHEDULE HRAD DEPARTMENT 2 MARCH 24, 2022 Compressed working schedule of 9.5 hours/day from Monday to Fiiday is mostly applicable for Office setup. However, for some departments, skeletal working hours is needed to be implemented to cater their operation, approved departmental working scheduled should be followed. All approved working schedules will be encoded into the HR system and become the official working schedule of each employes, POLICIES AND GUIDELINES: ‘without ‘Any employees (Rank and File/SupervisoryiManager) who fle their leave with pay, compressed working schedule of 9.5 hours is paid and for employees who fle their leave without pay wil be deducted a total of 8.5 hours as converted daly rate © Leave Credit Conversion - 1 day leave credit = 9.5 hours 2. Half-day leave fling starts at 1:45pm for AM and PM filing, © AM Half-day ~ 8:00am to 1:45om © PM Hal-day — 1:45pm to 6:30pm 3. Any employees (Rank and File/Supervisorylianager) who wish lo be absent from work wheter with pay or without pay mustfile through HR System and approved by the concemed immediate superior. 4. Application of leave of absence; vacation leave must be filed two (2) days in advance and must be approved by the respective Department heads of the concemed employee. It is the responsibly ofthe ‘employee to make sure that hisIher application for leave of absence is approved through HR System before he/she be absent on the scheduled date of leave 5. In-case of sickness or emeigency reasons, it is a must to inform the Department concemed or the HR Department through telephone or text message on the first day of absence. Sick leave must fle through HR System with the approval of the Department head as soon as an employee reported for work (7 day
