Helen: Hi there. I'm a doctor so my day is always busy. I wake up at 6:30 in the morning
during the week. First, I have a quick shower and then I get dressed. My son, Jamie, makes
breakfast for me. At seven o'clock, we have breakfast together. Then Jamie goes back to bed
and I leave the house to go to work at the hospital. I usually finish at seven o'clock in the
evening, and I often go to a restaurant to have dinner with a friend after that. I arrive home at
nine o'clock and read a book. I don't watch TV. I go to bed at 11 p.m.
Sebastian: Hi. I'm a teacher at the local elementary school. I get up at 7:30 in the morning and
go for a run. Then I take a long shower and shave. At 8:15, I have breakfast and then I walk to
school. It's only 20 minutes from where I live. I teach English, and I give classes from 9:30 a.m.
to 3:30 p.m. Then I go home and have dinner with my family. I usually watch TV in the evening
and I go to bed at about 11 o'clock.
