We (list enclosed of members) have organized a committee which intends to promote

sports among youth & further engage to explore their potential. The committee has
been organizing different sports events and has been receiving funds as entry fees
from different participating teams and also from the local vendors. The source of funds
is also from the chief guests who come to inaugurate events & contribute to support
committee so that they can continue organizing different sports event. We foresee INR
10,000 to 15000 as monthly inflow of funds with current cash collection of about INR
1.5 lakhs. The account shall be operated basis “any or survivor” mode & should be
signed by any two individuals mentioned in the below list. We hereby request J&K
Bank Jatwal to open a saving account with the name – Youth Affairs and Sports
Committee Jatwal.
