“ANO DE LA UNIDAD, LA PAZ Y EL DESARROLLO” RESOLUCION DIRECTORAL DE CONFORMACION DE BRIGADA DE EDUCACION AMBIENTAL Y GESTION DEL RIESGO DE DESASTRES Resolucién Directoral N° 11-JUGEL- PI.E.I. T. “ALG”.AGID. Picota 21 de Abril del 2023 CONSIDERANDO. Qué, el articulo 66° de la Ley N° 28044, Ley General de Educacién, establece que la Institucién Educativa, como comunidad de aprendizaje, es la primera y principal instancia de gestién del sistema educativo descentralizado; Que, mediante el Decreto Supremo N° 006-2021-MINEDU que aprueba los “Lineamientos para la gestion escolar de instituciones educativas piblicas de Educacién Basica” se establece que las Instituciones educativas pUbblicas de la educacién basica deberan conformar tres comités de gestién escolar: comité de gestion de condiciones operativas, comité de gestion del bienestar y comité de gestion pedagogica Que, a través de la Resolucién Ministerial N° 189-2021-MINEDU que aprueba las Disposiciones para los comités de gestion escolar de las instituciones educativas puiblicas de educacién basica’, establece, en el numeral 5.3.3 Comité de Gestién del Bienestar en la funcién promueve conformar brigadas...en aquellas situaciones que afecten su bienestar (peligro inminente, incidentes, emergencias, desastres u otros)’,sobre esta funcién las instituciones educativas deben conformar las brigada de educacién ambiental y gestién del riesgo de desastres; Que, conforme al numeral 8 de la “Guia de Orientaciones para la conformacién de la Brigada de Educacién Ambiental y Gestion de! Riesgo de Desastres en las Instituciones y Programas Educativos de la Educacién Bésica’, establece, “El director/a de la IE como integrante del Comité de Gestién del Bienestar, promueve su conformacién y formalizacién mediante Resolucién Directoral" De conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley N° 28044, Ley General de Educacién, el Reglamento de la Ley General de Educacién, el Decreto Supremo N° 006-2021-MINEDU, la Resolucién Ministerial N° 189-2021-MINEDU y estando conforme a lo acordado por la comunidad educativa. SE RESUELVE.
