Summary Section
Operation Name: input the detailed operation name / description.
Update Frequency: how often the supplier will update the production tracker (each shift, daily, weekly).
Submission Frequency: how often the supplier will send the production tracker to GM contact (each shift, daily, weekly).
GM Daily Requirement: daily GM EDI schedule requirement.
Expected Output: supplier's production goal for the day.
Finished Goods Shipped to GM: total finished goods shipped to GM during the day.
Finished Goods Inventory: total finished goods inventory held at the supplier at the end of the day.
Unscheduled Downtime Target: target in minutes for the total unscheduled downtime accumulated during the day.
Scrap Target: target for total scrap parts produced during the day.
Target Net Good Parts: target for the total good parts produced during the day.
Total Changeovers Goal: target in minutes for the total changeover time accumulated during the day.
Actual Net Good Parts: (automatically updated) Total good parts produced during the day.
Shortfall for the Day: (automatically updated) shortfall (-) or excess (+) of the good parts produced to the expected output.
Total Production Time Scheduled (hrs): (automatically updated) total number of gross production hours scheduled for the day.
Actual Net Production Time (hrs): (automatically updated) total number of production hours run during the day net planned and unplanned downtime, changeovers,
maintenance and time allocated for other customers.
System Uptime: (automatically updated) actual net production time ÷ total production time scheduled.
Shift Sections
Total Production Time Scheduled (hrs): number of gross production hours scheduled for the shift.
Total Parts Produced: total number of parts produced during the shift.
Total Scrap Produced: total number of scrap parts produced during the shift.
Scheduled Downtime (min): number of minutes spent during the shift on scheduled breaks, lunches, start up meetings, clean up etc.
Unscheduled Downtime (min): number of minutes spent during the shift on unscheduled issues such as equipment breakdown, absenteeism, power outage etc.
Changeovers (min): number of minutes spent during the shift on changing over or setting up the process. The time should include the period from last good part to the
first good part.
Planned Maintenance (min): number of minutes spent during the shift on planned / scheduled maintenance activity that stops production.
Time Allocated for Other Customers (min): number of minutes spent producing parts that are not the focus of the production tracking activity (service, other OEMs
etc).
Actual Net Good Parts: (automatically updated) total parts produced - total scrap produced
Actual Net Production Time (hrs): (automatically updated) total number of production hours run during the shift net planned and unplanned downtime, changeovers,
maintenance and time allocated for other customers.
