in a way that is most comfortable to the payer.

That is why at ZPH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES, OPC, we offer several means to do business with you.

A. How to pay through Credit Card / Paypal

1. Log in to Client Area.

2. Check your Due Invoices
3. Select the Invoice number you will pay by clicking on the box beside the number.
4. Click “Pay Selected” or “Pay All” depending on the scenario.
5. You will be directed to the ZOOM Hosting Invoice.
6. Check the transaction details.
7 . Click on the logo of PayPal at the upper right portion of the screen.
8. For customers with PayPal accounts, click on the “Have a PayPal account” and fill up the required
fields.
For customers without PayPal account, but who wish to pay using credit card, continue on with filling up
the form under “Don’t have a PayPal account?”
9. Fill up required fields, click review and continue.

B. How to pay through bank deposit

1. After placing your order online, you will receive an e-mail with the details of your order and the total
amount due. You can deposit payments through the following bank accounts:

4. Attach a picture or a scanned copy of the Send form if possible. Then, click Submit.
5. ZPH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES, OPC will respond to your email acknowledging receipt of payment and
approval of the product/service purchased.
6. Please note that a number of customers are sending payments to us every day through bank deposits.
However, we do not have means of validating who deposited the payment and for which account that
payment is intended. For this reason, proof of payment such as deposit slip, remittance slip, or
transaction copy has to be sent to accounting.dept@zoom.ph in order to credit the amount to your
account.
C. How to pay through Cebuana Lhuillier.

1. Visit any Cebuana Lhuillier Pawnshop branch.

2. Fill out a Pera Padala form, recipient Jenna J. Corpuz.
3. Give the payment to the branch personnel.
4. Safekeep the Pera Padala form.
5. Inform ZPH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES, OPC of the payment made by opening a ticket addressed to the
“Billing and Accounting” department.
6. You will be directed to the “Open Ticket” page. Fill in the fields. In the Message part, provide the
necessary information such as the 12-digit control number.
7. Attach a picture or a scanned copy of the Pera Padala Form if possible. Please make sure that the
picture or scanned copy captured the amount, date, and control number. Then, click Submit.
8. ZPH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES, OPC will respond to your email acknowledging receipt of payment.

D. How to pay through Remittance

This one is perfect for customers overseas, who don’t have a credit card or sufficient credit limit.

1. Locate a MoneyGram agent to visit and present identifications.

2. Complete the Send form together with the transfer fee, recipient, Jenna J. Corpuz
3. Receive the reference number.
4. Inform ZPH DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES, OPC of the payment made by opening a ticket addressed to the
“Billing and Accounting” department.
5. You will be directed to the “Open Ticket” page. Fill in the fields. In the Message part, give the
reference number to the recipient of the money.
6. Attach a picture or a scanned copy of the Send form if possible. Then, click Submit.

E. How to send payment via G-Cash

5. During business hours, Mondays thru Fridays, your payment will be credited within 3 to 6 hours.
Beyond business hours and during weekends, your payment will be credited within 12 hours.
