and do not appreciate them for the small things they receive. Human persons should interact with
one another with full respect and be good to them through their actions towards one another
(Mabaquiao, 2017). We should treat our fellow human persons regardless of the traits that would
set them apart from us, by treating everyone with respect and dignity.
Intersubjectivity or interpersonal are common terms used to describe it. On a theoretical and
practical level, we can state that a person is viewed both as a person and as a non-person. On a
theoretical level, we treat the other person as a person when we see them as a subject, and we
treat them as a nonperson when we see them as an object. Practically speaking, we treat someone
as a person when we take into consideration their interests, and as a nonperson when we ignore

Furthermore, humans have different kinds of rights, which are under the categories of
civil, political, economic, social, and cultural rights. Each of these includes a variety of particular
rights that are crucial to people's well and dignity. However, there are duties that are imposed on
others whether it is a positive or negative right. It is necessary for us to determine our own rights.
It is our choice and we are allowed to pursue that kind of choice (Mabaquiao, 2017).
Consequently, there are also features relevant to acquiring our rights. These include
contractual rights, legal rights, and human rights. The common thread connecting all of these
ideas and concepts is by treating others with respect. We should respect not only human beings
but also our surroundings, including animals and other living creatures that have also rights like
us human.
