Reference conditions

The compressor shall operate at full load.

The compressor reference standard inlet conditions shall be as follows:

Inlet air pressure 100 kPa [1 bar ] (a);

Inlet air temperature 20 °C;

Relative water vapour pressure 0

Cooling water temperature 20 °C

When the intended service of the compressor requires a different pressure, the test should be carried out at
that pressure, which should be stated together with the declared specific energy requirement figure. Such
pressures should be in accordance with ISO 5941.
