Part 2: Subhasis Pani (Power of Stocks) made over

₹1,50,00,000 profit in intraday using this set-up.

Don't miss it in case this happens again!

1) Pre-trade Analysis

BankNifty was trading in a very small range (on a

close to close basis) in weekly charts as such, he was
anticipating a one sided move.
2) In case of a gap down he was expecting that the
sellers would try to push BankNifty to the previous
swing low (marked in black).

Whenever market is in a range, a major gap puts

pressure on non-directional traders.

"Do hit the like button agar aapko samajh aa raha hai
toh"
3) Below is the chart on 15 mins time frame, I have
marked the PDL and PDH for reference. The closing
price is 38434.
4) Trade day

BNF gapped down by 638 points to open around

37796. Given that he was already expecting a one
sided move he started shorting deep ITM calls
aggressively (see order book below).

He sold 37000CE at an average price of 935.

The 39100CE buy was to release margin.

5) He was in good profits in the first candle itself since
BNF fell by almost 500 point in the first 15mins.

BankNifty continued to fall for the rest of the day and

closed at 36847 i.e., 950 points below open.
6) BNF continued making lower highs on 15mins tf
(marked with red arrows). This signifies a trending
market and I have often seen this resulting in a last
hour sell-off.

The CE that he shorted at an average rate of 935

closed at around 410 i.e., a 44% decay on intraday
basis.
7) Disclaimer: Trading ITM options is extremely risky
and needs years of practice. In case you wish to trade
in these, please practice with one lot for a few months.

Scale up only if you are consistently profitable and it

suits your risk appetite.
