    List this case on 12.1.2021, as prayed.

    Meanwhile, the respondent-University shall be free to place

    the report of the ‘fact finding committee’ before the Board of

    Management of the University. Any prejudicial action in terms of

    the interim order dated 2.11.2020 shall however, be not taken till

    the next date.
