Getting Started
Click on "Knowledge/ Resources" from the navigation panel on the left-hand side

Add Resource details

Step 1 – Enter Resource Details
Skip this Step if you have already added your resource details. Else continue.

Click on ‘My Resources’ to fill in the required

details

Step 1 – Fill Resource Details
Enter your Resource’s

• Name
• Mobile Number
• Email ID
• Date of Joining
• Site/Branch
• Whether Resource
is a Graduate
• Role that will be
performed
• Line of Business
• Annual Salary

Once done, click on

‘Save’.

Note: In case a resource contributes to multiple Roles/ LOBs, the bandwidth will be equally allocated amongst the Roles/ LOBs by default.

Details of resources entered will appear on-screen as shown below

• After adding your Resource details, you can now

assign assessments

• Click on ‘Resource Assessments’

Note: List of ONLY those resources who are ELIGIBLE to take the assessments will be displayed out here. Assessment
eligibility will depend on the role matrix.

The test assignment screen appears as shown below

• Check box(es) to select

test(s) to be assigned

• Click on ‘Submit’

• Assessment link would be

sent to your resource‘s
email id
• The link will be active for
the next 7 days ONLY

Clicking on the assessment link received via email will bring up the following screen

Resources should:

• Click ‘Launch
Test’

• Follow the
instructions
that appear
on-screen

• Enter First Name and Email Id in

assessment registration form

• Click ‘Next’

• Click on ‘Start Test’ for the

assessment to begin

This is the assessment screen  It is a time-bound assessment

• Section-wise assessment
questions will be
available
• Select your answer and
click on ‘Next Question’
• Upon answering all
questions of a particular
section, click ‘Next

• Once complete, click on
‘Finish Test’

Step 3 – Completing the Assessment
Clicking on ‘Finish Test’ will ask for a confirmation

• Click ‘Yes’ to confirm completion

• Click ‘No’ if you want to review

your answers and make necessary
changes

Assessment Status of Resources
In the Partner portal, you can view the Assessment status of your resources by clicking on ‘Resource
Assessment’

Note: Clicking on score percentage will give a Module-wise break-up of the assessment score

Re-assigning Test

Clicking on corresponding to a particular resource will show further details

• List of assigned test(s) along with

their respective status
• Number of attempts taken till
date
• Last date on which the
assessment was taken
• Maximum of 4 attempts can be
taken to clear assessments with a
gap of 7 days between each
attempt

• In case of 4 failed attempts, next

assessment can be taken only
after 6 months

Note: If a particular test is already ‘assigned’, re-assigning the same is not possible. Click on ‘Close’

Some Important Points to Remember
• Assessment should be taken in a disciplined environment so that resources can focus.
• Tally.ERP9 and Tally. Server 9 are independent assessments and qualification criteria is 75% in both
the tests.
• For TDL assessment, resources can take the Objective and Descriptive tests separately.
• To qualify TDL assessment, resources should score AT LEAST 60% marks in both the tests.
• A resource has to appear for a re-test ONLY in the test in which he had failed.
• If assessment gets disrupted due to power-failure/ Internet problems, resources can re-start from
the place where it stopped, ONLY if test is resumed WITHIN the next 30 minutes.
• If not resumed within 30 minutes, system will consider test to be “Submitted”.
• Results for questions attempted will be displayed. If score is equal to or greater than minimum
pass mark, resource will be considered “Pass”.
• For any technical issues like "not being able to assign test", "assessment not showing against
resources", please write to support@tallysolutions.com
• In case resources DO NOT receive the test link in their email ids, please check the “Junk/ Spam”
folder. If it’s still not there, please write to support@tallysolutions.com
• After completing assessment, please wait for 5-10 minutes for the result to be visible.
